Mission and perspective

Mr. Wheels publishes from an openly progressive, disability-justice, LGBTQ+-affirming, and human-rights perspective. Commentary may be direct, but it should not misrepresent verifiable facts.

Accuracy

• Identify opinion, analysis, personal experience, and reported fact clearly.
• Link readers to supporting material whenever practical.
• Avoid presenting rumor or unverified social-media claims as established fact.
• Update time-sensitive community resources when reliable new information becomes available.

Independence

Sponsorships, donations, affiliate relationships, or free products do not purchase favorable coverage. Material relationships will be disclosed when they are relevant to published content.

Source selection

Preferred sources include government agencies, statutes and court records, established civil-rights organizations, recognized service providers, original interviews, reputable journalism, and clearly identified firsthand experience.

Corrections

Substantive factual errors will be corrected as soon as reasonably possible. When a correction changes the meaning of a published item, the update should be acknowledged on the page. Minor spelling, formatting, accessibility, or link repairs may be made without a separate notice.

Resource verification

Resource pages may display a “last verified” date. Organizations can change services, eligibility, hours, phone numbers, or web addresses without notice, so visitors should confirm urgent details directly with the provider.
